Guam - 31-year-old year old Paul Taimanglo Velasco was in court today. He is accused of having sex with a minor when she was 15. According to court documents, Velasco allegedly first had sex with the minor in May of last year, and continued the relationship by picking her up at her house late at night so they could engage in sexual activity.

Velasco was charged with 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct and custodial interference.

He remains behind bars on $25,000 cash bail.
