Guam - The Guam Environmental Protection Agency is preparing to issue a notice of violation to the owner of the illegal dump in Yigo that resulted in a deep seated fire last week. According to spokesperson Tammy Jo Anderson Taft, a NOV for the property owner should be ready in two weeks.

Responders had a difficult time putting out the fire as it was located along a steep cliff. The illegal dump is located between Joseph Taitano's illegal dump and the Back Road to Andersen Air Force Base.
