Guam - Two men who were scheduled to go to trial later this month for an armed robbery have changed their plea. Balbino Leon Guerrero and Dwayne Joshua San Nicolas signed plea agreements admitting to Hobbs Act robbery and brandishing a firearm during a crime of violence.

The two are taking responsibility for robbing the owner of Nana's Store in Agana Heights last September of last year.  Both were carrying weapons when they stole cash and beer and fled.

A third co-defendant - Dedrick Jonathan Aguon, who allegedly drove the two to the establishment - is still scheduled to go to trial on July 17.  Leon Guerrero and San Nicolas face a minimum of 7 years behind bars for the crimes they pled guilty to.
