Guam - Jayson Song intends to change his plea to federal charges that accuse him of altering a U.S. Treasury check and trying to cash it at Rustain's Foreign Exchange in Harmon.  Song has not signed a plea agreement, but is willing to admit that in April he forged a U.S. Treasury check and increased the amount by $4,000.

He was arrested after he tried to cash the check at the foreign exchange.

Song remains in federal custody awaiting sentencing, which is scheduled for October 30.
