The projects include major hotels, garment factories, commercial buildings, schools hospitals and telecommunication systems including Microwave systems, Fiber Optic Networks, Multiplexer, Radio systems, grounding, fire alarm, security, lightning protection, telephone, and intercommunication system. Provided Construction Management services to CUC, Saipan for electrical power distribution upgrade and expansion on Rota and Saipan. Provided Construction Management services to CPA for the Tinian Airport runway and taxiway lights installation. Provided Consulting and Construction Management services to Voice of America during the construction of the Shortwave Relay Station and primary electrical generator facility on Tinian.
