Since becoming Mayor in 2005, implemented  the following projects to enhance the life of the community of Agat: Na' Bunita Hagat Beautification Project; Community Easter Egg Hunt; Hosted the Back to Sumay Day in 2010 and 2011, Annual Mango Festival; Scholarship Award Program for graduating High School Seniors; Youth Summer Camp; Halloween Extravaganza; Christmas Lighting Ceremony; Tuesday Night Market; GED Community Night Classes in partnership with GCC; Hosted the FENA Massacre Memorial Ceremony; annual Agat Community Calendar. In 2007, HAYA YOUTH CENTER opened; Extended parking lot pavement between Haya and Senior Citizens Center. In 2008, paved West Santa Ana Rd., Kiko' Chela Road, Chele Road, Kalachucha Road. Repaired Father Follard and Calle Delos Marteres Road.  In 2009, SAGAN BISITA was completed, In 2010, the SOUTHERN POLICE PRECINT opened; and in 2011, the Agat-Santa Rita FIRE STATION was completed. In 2009, the Sewer Line Upgrade and the Guardrail replacement was done. In 2009 and 2010 we won 3rd place in the Liberation Day Float Competition, in 2011 we won 2nd place and our Liberation Candidate, Alyssa C. Charfauros also won as Queen. In 2011, we hosted and celebrated the Historical Signing of the Agat and Buena Vista Guimaras, Philippines SISTERHOOD VILLAGE agreement. In 2012, held the Spanish Bridge groundbreaking for the restoration of the bridge, signed the Sisterhood Agreement with ILOILO CITY and OTON. Awaiting the signing of the MOU for the Southern Sports Complex Project and the Maria Aguigui Agat Public Library.
