Bio:
Bill Cundiff served in the U.S. Air Force retiring in the grade of Chief Master Sgt (E-9) after serving 24 years and is a Vietnam War veteran. He served as a special assistant to the Commander and excercised general supervision over 2000 personnel in over 30 career fields. Cundiff also served as Director of Family Support Center, Leadership and Management School Instructor and Manager, Resource Management Superintendent, and Supply Computer Systems Analyst. 

He received his bachelor of science degree in Business and Management with a minor in Psychology from the University of Maryland. The U.S. Air Force Air University certified him as an academic, leadership, and management instructor. The U.S. Department of Labor also certified him as a Veteran Transition Assistance Instrictor.

Cundiff is a former director of the Agency for Human Resources Development, former DoE CHamorro teacher, and former DoDEA History substitute teacher.

He founded the Guam U.S. Air Force Veterans Association and is currently serving his second term as President. Cundiff is also the current Chairman of the Guam Veterans Commission.

 Bill Cundiff retired from civil service as a Community Readiness Consultant.
