DOC officer held for sex with teen

Guam - Corrections officer Eddy Perez faces five counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct. He is being held on $50,000 cash bail.

According to the magistrates complaint, the victim is 19 years old, but the alleged abuse started when she was 14 and that he also fathered a child with her when she was 17 years old.  Additionally, Perez denied having sex with the girl, but also told investigators that if she claims he is the father of her son, then so be it, if that's what she says.
