Former PostNet owner to plead no-contest

The former owner of the PostNet franchise that was located in Tamuning will enter a no-contest plea to the charges of theft by deception.

Guam - The former owner of the PostNet franchise that was located in Tamuning will enter a no-contest plea to the charges of theft by deception. 61-year-old Frank George Peters was in court today informing Superior Court Judge Vern Perez of his intended plea.

Peters is accused of accepting thousands of parcels in 2009, receiving payment but never shipping the items off-island. He is scheduled to return to court on July 12 at 9am.
