Acfalle sentenced to 100 months for Ice

Guam - James D. Acfalle, 39, was sentenced to 100 months for conspiracy to distribute crystal methamphetamine. Last year Acfalle and Roland Nauta were indicted in drug charges after they were found in possession of the drug Ice after picking up a package in the mail. 

Federal authorities intercepted the parcel and the drugs before the two picked up the package.  When they realized they were under surveillance they tried to burn the package in a barbecue pit.  Nauta received a 13-year sentence.
