Guam - Kenneth Kang has been indicted by a federal grand jury, accused of criminal conspiracy and harboring illegal aliens. According to the indictment between January 2006 through December 2008, Kang, who was the manager of Club Music in Tumon, was allegedly taking part in a scheme to conceal Korean women who had entered Guam as tourists under the Guam visa waiver program. Their real purpose however was to work as bar girls at his club.

It was in October 2011, agents with the Department of Homeland Security's Customs and Border Protection executed a search warrant at Kang's home in Yigo looking for banking records, correspondence, employee information and other items dealing with Club Music and its owners.

Kang is scheduled to be arraigned in the District Court next Tuesday.
