No progress with union decertification

Guam - The Guam Education Board has yet to make progress with their efforts to decertify the Guam Federation of Teachers. At today's GEB meeting, interim superintendent Taling Taitano reported that the Department of Administration hasn't responded to their request for decertification.

The GEB and GFT have been unsuccessful with teacher contract negotiations. In addition, the GFT was unable to present the board with a letter of recognition.
