Guam - Wednesday was Day Two of the Guam Affordable Housing Symposium where industry professionals continued to discuss shaping the future of housing in Guam with topics ranging from utilizing federal resources, building energy efficient housing and what some of the future trends are in store for the real estate market on Guam.

One of the coordinators of the event is Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco's regional manager Craig Nolte, who said, "So this year, we're proud to say that a lot of houses have been built since we started and we've broken down a lot of barriers and we're really happy with the success of these conferences."

The discussion continues on housing as industry professionals make their way to the Guam Housing Expo this Saturday at the Father Duenas Memorial School Phoenix Center.
