Guam - Another motion to suppress has been filed in the federal case against several individuals who are charged with illegal gambling and money laundering. Attorneys for Jennie Pau have asked the District Court to throw out statements Pau made to the Federal Bureau of Investigation in December 2010 when a raid was conducted at MGM Spa and again in September of last year when agents came to her house.

Pau alleges that she was never given a Miranda warning and was restricted of her freedom during the course of questioning by federal authorities. It's a similar motion that was made by Pau's co-defendant, William Perez. The two along with Wai Kamo Ho and Jimmy Hsieh have pleaded not guilty to charges that accuse them of operating illegal gambling at the MGM Spa and laundering the proceeds.
