Guam - The Guam Community Police Review Commission hopes to start taking complaints from the community by the end of the summer. PRC spokesperson Fred Keller says the commission is still in phase one trying to secure office space at the ITC Building in Tamuning, as well as complete it's policies and procedures.

"We're still in the very formal stages of putting this thing together we're actually at a point where we are pulling budgets together and working with people inside the department to get the budgetary numbers and those types of issues and getting our standard operating procedures together and hopefully within the next 60 days we'll have something where we can actually start interacting with the public," he said.

The Commission was formed to help restore the community's trust in GPD. The Commission will meet again on July 20.
