Guam - Closing arguments were given today as jurors began deliberation in Jeremiah Isezaki's trial. In a single day the government presented its case, calling several police officers to the stand to testify about Isezaki's arrest back in January.

Isezaki led police on a highspeed chase before he crashed his motorcycle into the jungle.  He was found in possession of crystal methamphetamine and a gun.  Because he is a convicted felon, Isezaki is not allowed to carry or use a firearm.

The defense sought a motion for acquittal as they allege the government failed to prove its case against Isezaki, but that motion was denied.

The jury continues deliberations tomorrow.
