Guam - A jury was empanelled this morning to hear the case against Jeremiah Isezaki.  He is charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Back in February Isezaki led police on a high speed chase until he crashed his motorcycle.  He was found in possession of the drug ice and a gun. Because of a prior felony conviction, isezaki is not allowed to carry a firearm. The trial is expected to begin on Tuesday.

In the meantime, Isezaki also faces charges in the Superior Court of Guam for allegedly plotting to kill a police officer with two other men.
