Guam - Former Department of Corrections officer John Paul Taijeron, Jr. pled guilty to unlawful discharge of a firearm as a misdemeanor this morning in the Superior Court of Guam. A little more than a year ago he's accused of firing his duty weapon in the air in Malojloj, allegedly upset after an argument on the phone.
Although he was accused of shooting toward a police officer, there was no evidence to prove that and the charges were dropped.
