Man arrested for sexually molesting minor

Guam – A 38 year old man is behind bars after he allegedly sexually molested a female minor known to him on several occasions. Police say obscene photos of the 12 year old girl's genital area were found on his cell phone.

The alleged incident reportedly started back in April when he began shaving the minor's genital area. Police say Jay Quinata would allegedly bribe the child so that he could do that several more times.  The victim told police Quinata also allegedly forced penetration using his hand and a "vibrator." He was booked and confined on charges of 1st degree criminal sexual conduct, child abuse, family violence, use of one's child, and obscene and sexual acts for taking photos of a minor.  Criminal Investigation Section agents also confiscated Quinata's laptop to conduct further investigation.

According to news archives, Quinata was terminated from his federal job with the Department of Agriculture in 2010 for downloading pornographic material to his computer.
