Unsealed federal search warrants reveal drug seizures
Close to one dozen search warrants were unsealed in the District Court of Guam on Friday revealing drug seizures that were made by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, the U.S. Postal Inspector and other law enforcement entities.

Guam - Close to one dozen search warrants were unsealed in the District Court of Guam on Friday revealing drug seizures that were made by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, the U.S. Postal Inspector and other law enforcement entities. According to court documents, authorities found various quantities of crystal methamphetamine hidden in all sorts of items that were sent in the mail.
The largest seizure came from a package sent from San Jose, California to a private mail box in Tamuning. Inside a heavily taped modem box, authorities found 337 grams of the drug ice placed on a piece of foam. A heat therapy box addressed to a home along Ramon Baza Street in Yona contained 120 grams of crystal methamphetamine. The box was sent from an individual in Washington. Authorities found 35 grams of the drug ice hidden in a Ziploc bag with ground coffee that was sent from California to a Hagatna post office.
29 grams of crystal methamphetamine was found hidden inside a gaming circuit board that was wrapped in a kitchen towel and placed in a large, black trash bag that was placed inside an mailing envelope addressed to a residence on Pinate Place in Barrigada. Another mail package sent from Las Vegas to a Barrigada post office address contained 30 grams of the drug Ice concealed in hidden in a heavily taped flat rate box that contained a PUR water filter box.
A padded envelope sent from Washington to a Barrigada post office address contained 62 grams of the drug ice hidden inside a heavily taped envelope with magnets, animal stickers, and CDs.
The cases were all closed and there is no indication that criminal charges were handed down against anyone in relation to the drug seizures.
