Guam - Police are still trying to determine if an incident at Golden Motel in Tamuning is related to several other armed robberies that have been reported in the last few days. Police were called to the Yigo Country Store where two men entered the store and one lifted up his jacket showing a firearm while the other went behind the counter and removed the money from the cash register. Both fled on foot.
Several hours later police were called to another armed robbery at Galile Market in Dededo where two men armed with guns emptied the cash register and fled. It's the same mode of operation of two men who robbed the cashier at Ebenezer Store in Yona.
Anyone with any information is asked to contact police at 472-8911 or Guam Crimestoppers at 477-HELP (4357).
