Guam - Nine Department of Public Works school bus drivers who were arrested back in 2009 during operation bust it could have the charges completely tossed out. The bus drivers, who are represented by Attorney Daniel Somerfleck, were caught speeding during the police operation and were subsequently arrested and charged with child abuse and reckless driving.

The child abuse charge has already been dismissed and attorneys in the case are in settlement discussions that could result in the dismissal of the reckless conduct charge.

The bus drivers are fighting a suspension in a separate action with the Civil Service Commission.
