Hockett asks for release from prison

Guam - One of Colorado's most wanted individuals appeared in the Superior Court of Guam this afternoon, asking to be released from jail. Jim Richard Hockett was picked up earlier this month by the U.S. Marshals Taotao Mo'na Task Force.

He is wanted on five counts of sexual assault on a child and five counts of sexual assault on a child in a position of trust in Arapahoe County. Hockett has been on the run since December 2009 when he fled to Guam.
