Guam - The owner of the Tinian Dynasty Hotel and Casino has been ordered to pay $191,000 in civil monetary penalties for failing to pay overtime earnings to more than 340 employees. An administrative law judge in San Francisco affirmed the civil penalties that were assessed by the U.S. Department of Labor.
Hong Kong Entertainment Investments and its president, Kwan Man, were found to have repeatedly and willfully withheld overtime earnings. The back wages have since been paid in full.
