Guam - A Yigo man who was found growing marijuana inside his home has signed a plea agreement with the feds. Quincy Perez Taitano admits to manufacturing a controlled substance.

Last March, police were called to Taitano's home for an assault complaint.  Officers found marijuana plants around the home and during a search warrant discovered a grow room that contained 54 marijuana plants weighing 754 grams. Taitano has a prior felony drug conviction and could face up to 30 years behind bars and a $2,000,000 fine.
