Tiyan grounds finalized for carnival

Guam - Liberation Day is just around the corner and carnival grounds in Tiyan are getting final review. According to Department of Parks and Recreations director Pete Calvo, the final layout was approved Friday, which included accessibility parking for the disabled.

Main parking will be available within the Tiyan fence on the right side facing the Barrigada Post Office and in cleared areas throughout Tiyan.
