DOC officers stressed out

Guam - The Department of Corrections continues its internal affairs investigation regarding a fight that happened between two officers at the Hagatna Detention Facility last week. Agency director Jose San Agustin says preliminary reports show the officers were apparently stressed and burnt out from the job.

The two remain at work on separate shifts. We should note doc currently has nearly 600 inmates and detainees with just over 100 correctional officers on staff to guard them.
