Guam - The University of Guam Fundamentals of Marketing class presented George Washington High School with a new computer lab this morning. UOG with the help of over two dozen sponsors helped renovate a classroom consisting of 30 new computers inclusive of a new air conditioning system costing a total of $30,000 from fundraising and donations.

GW teacher Joann Sudo-Blas says she feels fortunate to have 120 of her students use the computers on a daily business, telling KUAM News, "I'm really ecstatic. The resources they've provided, they've really outdone anything I could ever imagine for a school."

She adds the lab is designated under the school's Junior Achievement program and hopes it will help students prepare for national competitions. The lab meanwhile is open to 2,700 Geckos at their Mangilao campus.
