Air Guard member pleads guilty to theft

Guam - Another member of the Air National Guard has pleaded guilty to stealing from the federal government.  Reginald Diaz signed a plea agreement admitting that he submitted false documents in order to receive overseas housing allowance. 

According to the plea agreement, Diaz will pay back more than 16 thousand dollars that he received to pay rent when he was actually living rent-free with his parents.

Diaz is scheduled to change his plea formally before a judge on May 22 in the District Court.
