Guam - Democrat congressional delegate candidate Karlo Dizon has put out a challenge to Congresswoman Madeleine Bordallo. He has proposed four debates to talk about the economy, local issues, national issues and foreign policy.

Dizon announced his intention to run for the delegate position, saying Bordallo has failed to resolve a number of pending issues for Guam including increased Compact impact funding and war reparations.
