Guardsmen build library in PI

Guam - Ten soldiers from the Guam Army National Guard's 1224th Engineer Support Company returned from the Philippines after completing their part in helping build a library for an elementary school in Central Luzon, about two hours north of Manila. The group supported the Armed Forces of the Philippines Reserve Command.
The library was built for the San Isidro Elementary School, which has about 750 students. 13 airmen with the 254th Red Horse Squadron are also assisting in completing the project.
