Thieves caught on-cam breaking into vehicles

Guam - Fed-up with waking up in the morning to find their cars and homes broken into, the neighborhood watch program in Agana Heights has video surveillance of the suspects. Agana Heights mayor Paul McDonald says he is offering a reward for anyone who can identify the individuals who have been terrorizing his village.
"They're carrying a battery charger around and shorting the alarm system in the vehicles and they're on foot. Apparently one of the residents informed the police when they saw the group last night and they never responded," he said.
McDonald says police were notified by neighbors who reported that the men were in the area, but police didn't show up until this morning. He believes there are six or seven men who are responsible and they've even taken their crime spree to Sinajana. Anyone with information is asked to contact Guam Crimestoppers at 477-HELP (4357).
