Hockett remains behind bars

The U.S. Marshals Service apprehended Hockett, who is on Colorado's Top 50 List of Wanted Individuals.

Guam - Jim Richard Hockett remains behind bars, waiting to appear before a judge. The U.S. Marshals Service apprehended Hockett, who is on Colorado's Top 50 List of Wanted Individuals. The U.S. Marshals Taotaomo'na Task Force apprehended Hockett at his workplace in the Harmon Industrial Park.

He is wanted on five counts of sexual assault on a child and five counts of sexual assault on a child in a position of trust in Arapahoe County, Colorado. Hockett has been on the run since December 2009 when he fled to Guam.

His case was just assigned to Senior Pro-Tem Judge Elizabeth Barrett Andersen and a hearing may be held on Tuesday to determine if he will remain behind bars and if he will be sent back to Colorado to answer to the charges.
