Middle schooler busted for selling Spice

Guam - 20-year-old Jaython Duenas of Talofofo was arrested for allegedly using minors to sell Spice cigarettes to their classmates. According to the magistrate's complaint, the case was cracked wide open in February after three students at Inarajan Middle School were caught smoking the drug in the boy's locker room.

After that incident eight more students were found to be involved for a total of eleven. Duenas was charged with distribution and using a minor in drug operations - both are felonies.
