Governor signs 12 bills into law

Guam - While one of his bills was being heard today, Governor Eddie Calvo signed more than dozen other bills into law yesterday. They include Bills 201 and 202, relative to protection of minors and students' rights; Bill 343, relative to the inclusion of green technology as an acceptable activity for a qualifying certificate application; Bill 407, relative to a court imposed penalty requiring the taking of a defensive driving program for the offense of reckless driving; and Bill 412, relative to volunteers patrolling public school campuses during non-school hours.
