Marshal wants charges against her thrown out

A Judiciary of Guam deputy marshal is trying to have criminal charges filed against her thrown out. Michelle Ungacta is accused of stalking and harassing another woman.

Guam - A Judiciary of Guam deputy marshal is trying to have criminal charges filed against her thrown out. Michelle Ungacta is accused of stalking and harassing another woman.

She pleaded not guilty to charges of simple stalking, obstruction of government function, harassment, official misconduct and an additional charge of obstruction for allegedly trying to pervert the administration of law.

The defense motion was taken under advisement.
