Guam - While they've been conducting enforcement and citing and shutting down drinking establishments, the Alcohol Beverage Control Board hasn't collected a single penny. ABC Board chair Lucy Perez says money should be coming in next week though as Oh Maganda was given a $10,000 fine.

The bar went through the adjudication process before the board and the Attorney General's Office, and the fine was imposed because of multiple violations. The establishment has reached a payment plan with the board.

Perez says other establishments are going through the same process.

All of the fines collected go under an ABC account under Rev & Tax.

As we reported the Administration is conducting a process review of Operation Dragon after concerns were raised by attorneys representing several bars that were shut down.

Some of the bar owners have threatened to sue the board allegedly they exceeded their authority and are violating the law.
