Multiple life sentences for man who abused minor

Guam - Alvin San Nicolas was sentenced to multiple life sentences for 15 counts of 1st degree criminal sexual conduct. San Nicolas was convicted of repeatedly sexually abusing a female minor while her mother was on deployment.

During today's sentencing, San Nicolas received 15 years for each count of CSC, as well as additional time for other charges but they will be served concurrently.

He will not be eligible for parole.
