Route 17 being reduced to single lane

Sumitomo Mitsui Construction and Hawaiian Rock will begin paving Route 17 with friction course beginning on Thursday.

Guam - Sumitomo Mitsui Construction and Hawaiian Rock will begin paving Route 17 with friction course beginning on Thursday. The top layer will be laid from the Mini Camachile Tree Store to the baseball field of Baza Gardens.  Traffic will be reduced to one lane on Thursday and Friday from 6 in the morning until 6 in the evening. 

A short section of Route 17 near Route 4 will be paved on Saturday. Motorists are asked to drive with caution and slow down in the area.
