DOA deals with fecal matter outside office

Guam - The Department of Administration isn't just dealing with structural challenges with the building they occupy. Agency director Benita Manglona says staff returned to work and found a very unpleasant surprise.
She told KUAM News, "I guess somebody came, I'm not sure if they're homeless, but somebody came and did their 'number two' on the hallways and one of my staff came and got a hose and had to hose the facility down and put Pine-Sol and try to clean up."
Manglona says this isn't the first time that someone has used their office hallway as a personal restroom. While police were notified, she says the lights are off and there isn't security at night which makes it easy for people to come and sleep there at night.
The department is trying to identify funding to move to another location due to the hazards inside the offices like flooding, mold and exposed wires.
