Known sex offender back in jail

A registered sex offender found himself back behind bars - this time accused of sexually abusing a male minor for nearly a decade.

Guam - A registered sex offender found himself back behind bars - this time accused of sexually abusing a male minor for nearly a decade. 41-year-old Patrick Quichocho Cepeda is being held on $75,000 cash bail. Police learned about the abuse when they responded to a criminal sexual conduct report at a local high school.

Through the course of the interview with a 17-year-old boy reported that he has been the victim of sexual abuse for almost ten years. According to court documents, when police located Cepeda, he denied touching the minor before police even questioned him about it.

Cepeda was arrested on charges of 1st and 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct and child abuse.
