At today's Service Improvements in GovGuam briefing, Governor Eddie Calvo's chief of staff Frank Arriola announced that the Attorney General's Office has signed off on a memorandum of understanding that turns over the libraries to the Mayors Council of Guam.
The MOA will also increase the days and hours of operations for facilities in Barrigada, Dededo, Yona, Merizo, and Agat.
