Guam - An illegally operating school in Tamuning continues to take steps towards obtaining clearance from the island's various regulatory agencies. Providence International Christian Academy co-owner Paula Schmidt says the school is set for a hearing with the Guam Land Use Commission on May 10.
There, the GLUC will listen to public testimony and then decide whether or not to grant the school a conditional occupancy permit.
