Guam - The Guam Police Department clarifies that a man did not come to M.U. Lujan Elementary School threatening to shoot someone. GPD Spokesperson Officer A.J. Balajadia says a female minor contacted Agana Precinct to report that a man known to her had threatened to hurt her.

Balajadia says because the phone call was unclear, the officer contacted both P.C. Lujan Elementary School and M.U. Lujan to determine if they had a student by that name. As a result, both schools were placed on lockdown but Balajadia says students were in no danger and no individual actually went to the campus.

That information was relayed to the news team by a school aide earlier this afternoon.
