Guam - Guam Delegate Madeleine Bordallo expressed her concerns about North Korea's actions with firing a missile today, stating, "This blatant act effectively nullifies an agreement made in exchange for food aid from the United States. Further, this defiant move demonstrates the growing need for the United States to strengthen security and peacekeeping forces in the Asia-Pacific Region. The realignment of U.S. forces on Guam and in the Pacific is critical to promoting the full denuclearization of North Korea and maintaining regional stability for our country and our allies".
