Guam - Two teenage girls are confined at the Department of Youth Affairs accused of bullying and assaulting a classmate.  Juvenile Investigation Section detectives arrested a 17-year-old and an 18-year-old for allegedly instilling fear and intimidation into another student.  Police say the female victim had to enroll in another school because of the bullying.

The teens were charged with assault, disorderly conduct and harassment.  The 18-year-old's name was not released because police say she was a minor when the crime was committed.
