Guam - The Guam Racing Federation is gearing-up for this year's Smokin' Wheels event at the Yigo Raceway Park. GRF spokesperson Robert Bucek says the three-day event, which starts tomorrow, will include a lot of non-stop racing action.

Several participants at today's press conference including Senator Tina Muna Barnes, who chairs the Committee on Recreation, got the change to test out the off-road track. "So much preparation has gone into it and we are really proud, I got the biggest compliment this morning from the president, from the all Japan ATV Association, and he said in the 30 years he's been coming out to Guam this by far is the best looking course and layout seen ever," said Bucek.

The event again begins tomorrow at 7pm and will continue through Sunday evening where aside from all the racing, participants will also get to check out what's cooking during the Smokin' Grills competition.
