Guam - A federal indictment has been handed down against three people who allegedly robbed New Nana's Store in Agana Heights in September of last year. Balbino Leon Guerrero, Dedrick Jonathan Aguon and Dwayne San Nicolas are charged with Hobbs Act robbery, conspiracy, brandishing a firearm during a crime of violence. The three allegedly went to the store and robbed the cashier at gunpoint to pay for a power bill.

Aguon faces additional charges of aiding and abetting the discharging of a firearm during a crime of violence while San Nicolas faces an additional charge of being of a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition. According to news files, the three were arrested after police executed search warrants at several homes where they discovered firearms and drug paraphernalia.
