Cop accused of doctoring documents

35-year-old Police Officer II Kurt C. Sanchez of Santa Rita was charged with two counts of forgery, tampering with records to deceive or conceal, four counts of official misconduct, and four counts of tampering with public records.

Guam - A police officer was arrested on Tuesday, accused of tampering with official documents. 35-year-old Police Officer II Kurt C. Sanchez of Santa Rita was charged with two counts of forgery, tampering with records to deceive or conceal, four counts of official misconduct, and four counts of tampering with public records.

The Guam Police Department has not revealed any information about the alleged crime.  Sanchez has been allowed to remain on duty while Internal Affairs looks into the allegations that were lodged against him.  Sanchez is assigned to the Neighborhood Patrol Division.
