Rector won't be in GFT runoff election

The letter dated April 3rd, states the GFT has agreed to conduct new nominations and a new election before June 5th, under the supervision of the Secretary of Labor.

Guam - Although Guam Federation of Teachers President Matt Rector has remained silent, a letter from the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Labor Management Standards confirms that he will not be participating in the upcoming run-off election against Carol Somerfleck.  The letter dated April 3rd, states the GFT has agreed to conduct new nominations and a new election before June 5th, under the supervision of the Secretary of Labor.
